Hello and welcome back to Sex Talk with Granny, where age is just a number. I am Stephanie Smith, your host and your granny, and today's episode is A Vibe Day Keeps the Doctor Away. Yes, that is true. We all know about an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but your granny is here to tell you that a vibe day will keep the doctor away. There is actually no scientific proof that supports that if you eat an apple a day, you will eliminate the need to see a doctor. Not true, not going to happen. However, I will say a diet that includes some fruits and vegetables yes, including apples it will contribute to your overall health. So I'm not saying don't eat an apple a day, but the truth of the matter is it's not scientifically proven. But here's what I do know there is scientific proof that states vibing one time a day for 15 minutes per day, four at least four times a week, will definitely help you lose weight, improve your sleep, stop the issues of well, help reduce, if you already have, the issues of incontinence, and so listen to my full podcast here till the very end. Make your own determination, but I guarantee you you will have to go out and prove me wrong, because I know, I already know I've done the research for the last eight months, since November of last year. So nine months were going on and its evidence is there. I've been a human experiment for vibing. I did it for the first 60 days straight and then I started doing it four times a week and I have lost 30 pounds. My back feels amazing. My sleep is great. I'm not incontinent at all. I would have times and periods not often, but I did no more. Alright, you don't have to believe me, but I'm going to discuss why I say this. Have you ever heard of like women go? Oh, you know, we just finished like they'll tell you a story about. You know, just finishing dinner with the family and all of a sudden standing up to leave and boom, you have to go to the bathroom. Can't hold back and you wet your pants. Ever happen, and you know you're, you know, joking it off that I just built water on myself. But the fact of the matter is it truly does happen. It happens more frequently than we think.

There is lots of evidence to suggest that using vibrators can have health benefits for both men and women. It does determine the amount of frequency, the amplitude and duration needed to have positive effects on the body, and it can vary based on how you apply it. Where you're doing, maybe, a plate for all over vibration therapy where I believe in doing the vibration therapy using a vibrator in the vagina for 15 minutes a day and using a vibrator in the anus 15 minutes a day Cut it back down after you know 60 days of doing it consistently, what you do with all the organs surrounding, not only your vagina and your anus. If you're doing it for the men, but all the other organs, you are vibrating your organs, your liver primarily, which is what the goal here is to get your liver to start functioning. Many people who are obese, overweight women, men as we get older, all of that I hear lots of women go.

I used to be able to eat anything, hamburgers, all this and never gain weight. And then all of a sudden, I can't. I eat a hamburger and I am just. I gained so much weight. And that's because the food that we eat actually stops our liver from working properly, primarily the leptins. They stop working, which are the ones that help us to monitor our weight and create a higher metabolism. So if those stop working, boom, you're done. You're, you will get fat, you will have fatty liver and I am 100% proof that this works. I have had five other girlfriends doing this method, not as consistently, but they have seen a reduction in their weight. I've lost 30 pounds and I continue to lose weight, because not only am I doing that yes, do I eat a healthy, well balanced diet.

Those of you who have followed me before my accounts got shut down, I was absolutely living more of a Mediterranean type of a diet, where it includes fish three times a week, vegetables, nuts and olive oil in my diet. So I those of you who follow me know that I do olive oil shots that consist of olive oil, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. I do that every morning and that also jump starts your liver. Um. So Tools to jumpstart get a vibrator, get it at 50 Hertz it's not very much to put it at 50 Hertz. Put it in your vagina, read your phone. I'm not saying you have to have an orgasm just to get in there. Trust me, it will help create so many positive things.

But the more sedentary we are, you will see more and more people walking like ducks, including yourself because your back and your muscles start to tighten up and as we age, all muscles start to do that. So that's why stretching and doing things for our body. So the vibration therapy. I suffer and walk like a duck Often if I don't do my vibration therapy. I've noticed it is amazing, my back is so much more relaxed. It helps my, Obviously by liver. I'm working on trying to eliminate another Health condition. I will report back once I get studies done. I have already done baseline and so I'm doing three, six, nine and one year, 12 month, and I will report back on that one. But bottom line, the vibration Frequency you need is 50 Hertz, is 20 to 50 Hertz, an amplitude of 1 to 2? Millimeters are often used and that duration is 10 to 15 minutes. I like the 15 minutes. All the studies show 15 minutes. It does so much. It increases circulation.

Please tell me, ladies, what are you doing if you're not having sex to get, you know, your blood flowing down there? I know you're not putting your fingers in there. Some of you are, some of you aren't, but very few. The ones that I talked to, all right. So what are you doing? And all the women? Oh, I know, I don't want a vibrator, I want a man.

Oh well, I walk from the parking lot to At work, to the office. It's two blocks, three blocks there and back. I walk up and down the stairs. Okay, but are you really consistency, consistently walking, raising your heart rate, getting your heart pumping? How often are you really doing that? Come on, tell the truth. All right, all the things I'm talking about vibing a day okay, it helps with so many other things, okay. And walking will help your balance, your coordination. Do you know that vibrations with a frequency of eight to 20 hertz and an amplitude of one to two will help with balance and coordination? I mean, like you need a minimal of vibration therapy. Get on a treadmill. Your body's vibrating there. Go ride a bike. Do the stair master Something. Go swimming, jump up and down in the pool, something.

Do not tell me my body fat is so low, I don't even know what it is. I don't measure that. But 30 pounds lost, I look great. I get compliments every day how much I've lost. My muscles tone is better. I feel good. My back feels good. My incontinence I can laugh, I can sneeze, I can hold it until I get to the bathroom. You know I'm definitely seeing a lot more juices flowing down there. I feel great. My mood is amazing.

People always wonder why I'm so happy. Well, I'm happy number one because I create my own life and my own happiness. I just refuse to be not happy. So that is one that you might want to do. But happiness is true to a life of well-being, and if you're not happy, you will be miserable for the rest of your life.

And so get out there, start vibing, start doing one thing a day. I don't care if it's your 30-minute walk, if it's your vibrator. I don't care if it's changing one meal a day. Don't eat at seven o'clock at night and then sit down and watch TV for three hours and then go to bed. Come on, eat earlier, take a walk after, do something. Quit eating these large, astronomical meals at seven o'clock and thinking that I don't know why I'm so fat, I don't know why I'm not losing weight, I don't know why my metabolism isn't jumping, isn't moving. Well, hello, okay, those don't work, those types of eating styles.

So start getting to the program, start realizing the foods that you eat is prepared in a way that, since more people eat out than ever, food is prepared to make your lipids not work. It makes you gain weight. Your metabolism stops functioning at a higher rate. You gain weight, I guarantee you, if you are obese and you will have to look at the chart for yourself your size, your height and whatnot they go based on that please go check and take a look. But if you are considered obese, I guarantee you you have a fatty liver.
